After researching vehicles on the internet and test driving the ones that got the best ratings, I knew I wanted a Mazda3 i Touring 5-door hatchback with 6-speed manual transmission and 2.0L SKYACTIV-G engine. I located the vehicle by searching local dealer inventories, but learned it actually was in transit from the west coast and due to arrive at Amato in a few days. Eric Enders and I agreed on a fair price over the phone.  Eric called me when the vehicle arrived in Milwaukee. He and I met (for the first time) on the day I signed the purchase agreement, paid the agreed upon price and accepted delivery of my new car. The entire purchase experience was refreshing.
